Pre-Sign Up Member Agreement

To be invited to sign up for the Wine Club, you will need to agree to the terms and conditions of the membership and verify your identity below.

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL POLICY FOR PONTE WINERY WINE CLUB:
To be invited to join the Wine Club, please agree to the following terms and conditions.

I certify that I am at least 21 years of age. My Wine Club Membership (“Membership”) renews automatically every two (2) months for a total of six (6) automatic wine shipments (“Automatic Shipment(s)”) per year. The variety and number of bottles I receive is determined by the Membership option I have selected. The cost of each Automatic Shipment is the retail value of the shipped wine (less my membership discount), plus tax, and any shipping costs. I authorize Ponte Winery to automatically bill my credit card on the first of each Automatic Shipment month (“Billing Date”) for this amount. I authorize Ponte Winery to bill my credit card for any re-shipment costs incurred because my Automatic Shipment is returned to the winery. I understand that I may cancel my Membership without penalty any time after purchasing two (2) Automatic Shipments and that my Membership will continue until cancelled. I can cancel by email: wineclub@pontewinery.com or online at pontewinery.com/wine-club/your-membership/. Proof of cancellation will be sent by email. Contact the Wine Club department if not received. If I cancel my Membership before purchasing two (2) Automatic Shipments, I authorize Ponte Winery to charge my credit card for an amount equal to the Membership discounts I received up to the date of cancellation. To avoid being charged for an Automatic Shipment, a cancellation request must be submitted seven (7) days before the next Billing Date. Automatic Shipments processed prior to a cancellation are nonrefundable, even if not yet received.

A purchase of two (2) bottles of wine will activate my membership. Activation bottles do not count towards automatic shipments. Ponte Winery will communicate details of my Wine Club membership by email and I authorize communication through this method.

Please take notice that these terms and contain a binding arbitration provision with jury trial and class action waivers.

I give permission to authorize any credit card number on my account (including credit card number in original application or any additional credit cards added to the membership by either the primary or secondary member) to be charged for any purchases online or on property, by the primary or secondary member.
