Our 2023 Angry Wife White is voluptuous and well- balanced with bright minerality and a citrus- forward profile. Notes of jasmine, green apple and Bosc pear are followed by a burst of lemon and juicy grapefruit on the palate. The bright nature of this wine would make it a lovely pairing for dishes like Shrimp Scampi over linguine or Mushroom Ravioli in a brown butter crème fraîche sauce.
