Once purchased, the Ponte Vineyard Inn gift certificate is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift certificates expire one year from the date of purchase. To redeem your gift certificate, please call Ponte Vineyard Inn at 951-587-6688, and we will be happy to secure your reservation based on availability. Please present your gift certificate upon check in.
If the Pick Up option is chosen for the certifcate, the certifcate will need to be picked up in our tasting room within 30 days of purchase. If not picked up within 30 days, we will automatically ship it to you.
