About This Wine
Our 2023 Pastorello features notes of Asian pear, jasmine, citrus flower, juniper berry, honeydew, grapefruit peel, lime zest, and ripe apricot. The finish is refreshing with a hint of minerality. The Pastorello grape originates from the foothills of the Le Marche region in Italy, where shepherds grew the grape high in the hills. Pair this wine with an assortment of cheeses, rich risottos, seafood, or creamy pasta dishes.
