About This Wine
This delicious wine is made from the noble variety Pecorino, hailing from the foothills of the Le Marche region in central Italy. Shepherds grew this grape high up in the hills around sheep grazing meadows, so we've named the wine in their honor, Pastorello, Italian for Little Shepherd. The 2022 vintage is medium-bodied with delicious lush aromas of white peach and jasmine. Savor the richness of fresh passion fruit and a hint of sea salt as you pour yourself another glass. Best enjoyed alongside cheeses, rich risottos, seafood, or creamy pasta dishes.
