Remarkably, the fruit in the 2016 Torrontes was grown in the high desert of Salta, Argentina at an elevation of 7,200 feet. The aroma and flavor profile of this wine are unique to this area, and cannot be duplicated anywhere else in the world. A medium-bodied wine that is lively and fresh on the palate, the Torrontes has a satisfying smooth, dry finish. With bright notes of orange blossom, Meyer lemon and apricot, this wine pairs well with pan-seared scallops, grilled sea bass, spicy Thai cuisine and sushi.
This wine was produced in extremely limited quantities for our Wine Club Members as part of a Special Shipment.
